in the 8’s movement how is the ending, the last,last position of the hand + body?
I THINK THAT IT WORKS BEST TO MOVE YOUR HANDS AS IF YOU WERE SWIMMING IN WATER. YOU TURN YOUR PALMS IN WHATEVER DIRECTION YOU WANT TO DIRECT ENERGY.
(I start with breath in and not move yet and when I do the first step with the right leg and arms lift up, simultaneously I breath out)
AS YOU WILL SEE IN OUR FIRST COURSE ONLINE, “REFINING 12 BODY MOVES,” I GO INTO BREATHING IN MORE DETAIL BUT FOR NOW LET ME SUGGEST THAT YOU EXPERIMENT. IN ADDITION TO BREATHING OUT AS YOU LIFT YOUR ARMS UP, TRY BREATHING IN AS YOU LIFT THEM UP. SEE WHICH DIRECTION OF BREATHING MAKES THE LIFTING EASIEST.
OFTEN FOR PUNCHING AND MANY OTHER EFFORTS BREATHING OUT HELPS THE ACTION. BUT MAYBE LIFTING ARMS UP IS DIFFERENT? TRY, FEEL AND ALSO SCAN WHICH BRINGS MORE ENERGY.

I also feel nowadays that when I lift up my arms are more heavier and when I let down way my arms are more easier, brighter, bit faster move.
